How to Access cPanel

You can access cPanel in several different ways. Two links were included in your welcome email, one for regular access and one for secure access. These links will vary from server to server and network to network, so we do not include them here. If you have trouble keeping track of links and passwords, be sure to take a look at Roboform. After your nameserver change has propagated and is pointing to our server you will be able to reach your site at http://yourdomain.ext and http://www.yourdomain.ext. You will also be able to access your control panel at http://yourdomain.ext:2082 or, for secure access, https://yourdomain.ext:2083 (replace yourdomain with your domain name and ext with your extension (.com, .net). You may also use http://yourdomain.ext/cpanel or https://yourdomain.ext/cpanel.

You can also use http://ipaddress:2082 or https://ipaddress:2083. The IP address is shown in your welcome email. It is highly recommended that this just be used temporarily. Please use the method as shown in the previous paragraph.

Server Contact Information

Please be sure to enter a contact address in control panel if not already installed and keep it up-to-date. This address is used by 24-7 Webs and the server to notify you about any problems or scheduled maintenance.
