Where Do I Start?
The first thing you will want to do is follow the instructions in your welcome email which you will receive after you have set up your account. This email will contain information specific to your hosting account like your user name and password, how to access cPanel and a set of nameservers that must be configured at the domain registration site that you used. It is extremely important that this step be completed if this is a brand new site. Your website will not work until this is configured correctly. If you have an existing website that you are transferring to our servers, there are other decisions that need to be made. Please contact the 24-7 Webs sales department for assistance or options as required. Their contact information is included in the welcome email. Often they can arrange to transfer a site for you so there is no downtime or lost business.

If you are completely new to setting up a website and this is all gibberish to you, fear not. We’re here to help. After all everyone has to start somewhere.
